After updating to Windows 10 scaling options such as "Maintain Aspect Ratio" or "Centered" do not work in games.
I tried different resolutions: 1024x768, 1280x540. No matter what you choose it's always stretches to fill the screen.
Games tested: Saints Row IV, Need for Speed:The Run, Mad Max.
Driver version used is "15.40.22.4424".
There were no such problems with Windows 8.1.

Hi maquibut,
Windows® 10 has a limitation and it is not possible to change scaling settings yet.
As a reference review the comments of our Graphics manager in the thread below.

I'll wait for June driver update then. Leaving this question as "Not Answered" for now.

It was reported on /thread/77746 this thread that the latest driver (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26079/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497 15.40.25.4463) did help some people.
But with my Core i5 4210u nothing has changed.
