BIOS 3.0 doesn't exist, did you mean 0033 or 0036 perhaps?
I hate to say so, but your NUC might have bricked itself.
Be prepared to receive advice from Intel on how to flash a recovery BIOS, whilst you can not enter your BIOS anymore.
Such a joke
Thank you for your reply.
I am sorry. It is a mistake. The bios updated is 0036.
Yes, it is bricked.
Hi, first of all I'm sorry to hear about your unit .May I ask you what method you have followed for doing the upgrade? (F7 method ,.exe, iFlash,...) and what ram do you have installed on your NUC?
Your NUC supports memories of DDR4-2133MHz at 1.2V SO-DIMM.
I suggest you to update the BIOS again to the version 0036 using the recovery option. It is necessary to remove the BIOS jumper, use 1 memory stick; if it is possible, use a USB drive of 2.0 and plug a wire keyboard and HDMI1.4b or miniDP 1.2.
Before, updating the BIOS, try to get into the BIOS. Turn the NUC on and keep tapping F2. Reset BIOS to default with F9.
If it is not possible, continue with the recovery, more details in the file below: Intel® NUC BIOS Recovery Update Instructions
BIOS version 0036
I Just clicked the exe in windows. I am wrong with restart NUC when the upgrading was not finished.
I use Corsair ram 1.2V DDR4, they are ok.
I think you are quite right. I should remove the jumper. But it is late. I have sent it to Intel support to repair.
Thanks a lot
You are welcome.
