This happens for me as well with the Intel HD 520 on the Surface Pro 4 as well as the Intel HD 515 on the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S.
There is a thread about it on the Adobe Forums here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2033497 Surface Pro 4. Entire system crash when opening... | Adobe Community
AfterEffects CC 2015 and Illustrator CC 2015 also have problems with the Intel HD graphics drivers.

Hello, Adamz1977:
Have you tested the latest driver from the manufacturer of your device?
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49498 Download Surface Pro 4 Drivers and Firmware from Official Microsoft Download Center
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SM-W700NZKAXAR Support - Wi-Fi Tabs SM-W700 | Samsung Galaxy Tab
The other option would be the generic driver from Intel; however, I cannot make sure it is going to be installed in your system due to the possible limitations added by it's manufacturer.

Please do provide us withe the behavior of your system for future references.
If you require any further information or support, do not hesitate to contact us back.

Esteban C
