I recently swapped the stock intel cooler for a Noctua NH-D14 push pull.On start up the first 2 cores are 26deg. and cores 3 and 4 remain at 32.As long as ther is no load above around 35 % the last 2 cores ,seem stuck ,although when loaded up they will rise to approximately 45 at 100%.The original fan and heatsink were showing average temp. with fluctuating load rates.
