Hello yyw02110217,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

Try uninstalling the driver and then reinstall it, if this does not solve your problem I strongly recommend installing the latest validated driver from your computer manufacturer website or check the manufacturer's support website for updated system BIOS, drivers, and solutions to common problems..

Note: Once you install the "Intel generic" driver you will overwrite any customizations your system manufacturer made to the driver specific for your system model.

Best wishes,

Ivan

Ok,after a lot of time to reinstall system, i found what caused the problem was not graphics driver and BiOS, it was my Audio driver.

i uninstalled the latest Audio driver and then installed an old version Audio driver download from my computor manufacturer's support website.

the problem for a long time was solved.
