Korean Media Player Center installed on System Restore

I just did a System Restore on my Intel Compute Stick and was surprised when I booted into the Windows 8.1 environment for the first time, I see 2 Korean Media Player folders on the desktop.  This is rather alarming given this is a Intel product, that I bought in the US market.

Does anyone know if there is a safe way to remove these, is there anything else I need to be aware that has snuck onto my computer.
