Building micro-FCBGA consists of a crystal, located face down on an organic substrate, perpetuate filled epoxy material, and several capacitors, which are absent in micro-PGA. Since it connects to a motherboard 479 contacts are soldered to appropriate sites, so it is virtually impossible to upgrade.
