Here are our recommendations for this issue:
- Take the board outside the chassis and try it on a minimal configuration (processor, memory, monitor, keyboard).
- Test the system without memory installed looking for beep codes.
- Test each processor on the cpu socket # 1 to narrow the issue.
If the system still unresponsive after these troubleshooting steps, we recommend replacing the board under warranty.
