Is it safe to provide 1.65V for the XMP profile of DDR3 RAM kit if I use a standard (not "K") i7 or i5 processor (such as i7-4790 or i5-4690)?
Or haswell spec is 1.5 or below?
Thanks in advance.

The memory supported is only at 1.5V on both processors.
DDR3-1333/1600, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.5V
