Could you please let us know the following;
- HDMI cable brand and model.
- Driver version installed. Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
- Monitor model.
- BIOS version installed.
Please install the latest driver version, Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40].
