Problem with Q9550

I am starting up a new business manufaturing computers I have built my 1st proto type and have run into my 1st problem.In the mainboard bios under system information, the Q9550 shows up in the 1st line as 2.83GHz.Line 2 is the micro code then the 3rd line is the one that I am sking about says the cpu frequency is 1.99GHz (333x6)is this correct or do I have a problem?
