- Could you please let us know the BIOS version installed?
- What type of cable are you using?
- Have you tested with a different cable?
- Have you tried with a different video port?
- Have you tested the NUC with a different monitor?
- Let us know the monitor model.
- Could you please let us know the driver version you are running? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
