Provide a detailed description of the issue

.NET exception when selecting display or 3d, blank window with options or energy in igfxCPL

Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?

If you can offer a % rate please do.

100% with this build,

worked with previous builds, don't remember when i used CPL last time

ACER Aspire E5-571G

Hybrid or switchable graphics system?

ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

Optimus

Make and model of any Displays that are used to see the issue (see note2 below). 

LFP = Local Flat Panel (Laptop panel) EFP = External Flat Panel (Monitor you plug in)

Looks like Microsoft was the culprit.

Things got worse in build 14291, they nuked their own VS 2015 with a similar exception.

I guess that draw their attention.

Windows build 14295 is working again with igfxCPL.
