Hello halagad@hotmail.com ,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
Please uninstall your driver and then reinstall it, you can download the latest Beta driver for this Intel® graphics here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25749/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-?product=88355 Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]
Once you uninstall the driver restart your system and then reinstall the driver from the link provided above.
If you are not able to install the driver most likely is because your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video driver. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer; however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &...
Note: Once you install the "generic" driver you will overwrite any customizations your system manufacturer made to the driver specific for your system model.
Best wishes,
Ivan

Thanks Ivan, I am still trying to work within the Dell Warranty Team guidelines; but I will save your answer in case they continue to fail miserably. --dave
