    Perda da conexão de WiFi ( No WiFi Connection )

      Bom dia!

       

      Perdi a conexão de WiFi apenas no meu micro e não estou mais conseguindo refazer essa conexão. Quando perdi essa conexão estava executando um aplicativo de segurança da microsoft.

      No Gerenciador de Dispositivos não está mais aparecendo nenhum adaptador de WiFi. O ícone de WiFi também desapareceu. A conexão a cabo está normal.

      Micro Acer ASPIRE 1410

      Windows 7, Home Premium, SP1, 64Bites

      Adaptador de WiFi: 112BNHMW; Intel WiFi Link1000

       

      Se alguém já passou por essa experiência e puder me ajudar, ficaria muito grato.

            According to our translation, we understand you can no longer connect to the Internet using your PC with the Intel® WiFi Link 1000 after installing a Microsoft* security application. Our first recommendation would be to contact Microsoft* in order to check this application settings and see if there is anything on its configuration that can be done if it is really necessary to have this application running on your computer in order to fix it.

             

            Another option would be to contact your computer manufacturer: Computer Manufacturer Support Websites and re-download the drivers from their support. If after you trying their drivers and you still can't detect the drivers, you can try our generic drivers found in our download center, here is the link: Download Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7* file name: Wireless_18.12.0_s64.exe
