After using the translate feature, I was able to find out you are having issues while installing the graphics driver in your system.
While using OEM systems like yours, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers from your computer's manufacturer website.
This is to avoid loosing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel®.
Here you can find the drivers for the Toshiba SATELLITE PRO C850: Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, …
Please do test them in your system.
In case you are still not able to install them, here you can find the generic drivers from our end:
