I'm using windows 10 with Lenovo Thinkpad e 450 (Intel 5500 HD graphics driver, 4GB RAM, 14" display). But feeling that the HD videos are playing with low quality. When resizing the player windows then video quality looks little good but if I maximize the player windows the video is getting pixel issues. Im sure that Im having right drivers in laptop. Which driver I need?

@ Saikat

/thread/98665 BETA- 15.40.18.4380: Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7,8.1,10 works fine with HD 5500.

Are you sure your videos aint broken?

Here are some professional samples for testing:

Stefan3D Thanks for prompt reply.

I will test the sample videos from your link. Before that Im describing the issue again

Here is the video issue details -

1) While playing 720p/1080p videos through media player classic/vlc its playing smoothly but not looking like HD feelings when watching it in fullscreen mode. But if I resize the player window(equivalent to mobile screen size) then quality enhancing

2) Also the images are not looking so good

I have given the directX video driver details above.

Im using Windows 10 64 bit . Should I try with Windows 7 64 bit? Suggest me please

I don't think rolling back to Windows 7 helps, but you never know.

Actually you should check Windows update - LENOVO OEM Driver Version=02/18/2016, 20.19.15.4390 WHQL is available.

A screenshot of the "pixel issue" would be helpful.

Random squares (MPEG artifacts) indicate a broken video file, regular checkerboard patterns some RAM issue.
