Make sure you have Windows update to date with all the update available and restart your system several times.
I also suggest getting in contact with your system manufacturer in order to check for system updates, driver updates and so on.
I found a link where people have similar problems and in a video posted at the following link a customer was able to solve this problem.
I’m not sure if this will apply to your issue but it worth a try.
