Intel suggests to use straight video cables; if it is not possible I recommend you to test the NUC with any other video adapter.
Tested graphics adapters you can use with Intel® NUC products.
In general video cables need to be high speed, Displayport 1.2 and HDMI 1.4a version.
I switched to a straight DisplayPort to HDMI cable,
- Failed to display on an ASUS VS228H monitor via HDMI.
- Got it to work on a Viewsonic monitor via HDMI, and so I loaded the latest drivers.
After that I did get the device to display just fine to my Vizio large screen television.
Is there a site that users can add/ update the list of devices and components that users have had success in configuring and connecting NUC devices to? I'm happy to post info there for others to see where I had success.
Thank you for your feedback. Could you please provide me with the model of the Vizio TV? I will escalate your request with our engineers.
They will be adding this TV to the compatibility list.
