Hello !

Since I've uploaded windows 10, I can't anymore clone my desktop on a projector. It is only extended and I can't change the setting.

Worst : It bug a lot with powerpoint (he try to clone the screen and crash : bleu screen).

The only solution is to desplay the Intel card in the device manager.

I have a Intel HD graphics 4000 and a NVIDIA Geforce GT 640M on a laptop Dell XPS with Windows 10 pro N.

The driver of the HD graphics 4000 is the 10.18.10.4358 (12/21/2015).

Do you have a solution ?

(sorry for my english, I'm French !).

Thanks !

Hello, fanfanus:

There are different drivers that you can test with your system.

The first and most recommended (if available), would be the drivers provided by the OEM of your device.

This is to avoid loosing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel®.

The second option would be the generic drivers from Intel®, here you can find the drivers available for Windows 10* 64-bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25188/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64bit-3rd-Gen-BYT- Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 64bit (3rd Gen & BYT)

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25698/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-33- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* 7,8.1,10 [15.33]

The third option would be to get the default drivers from intel, you can get them after uninstalling the drivers from the device manager.

After your system restarts, it would automatically install the default drivers from Windows 10*.

I look forward to your outcome with this.

Regards,

Esteban C
