Intel HD Graphics 4000 Lastest driver "your card does not support Shader 3.0"

I have intel HD Graphics 4000 Lastest driver version and when trying to install a game it says your card does not support shader 3.0

Intel® HD Graphics 4000 supports Shader model version 5.0.

If you bought a sealed box processor; it is possible to download the latest graphics driver from the link below:

If you have a laptop, go to your manufacturer website and download the latest driver available.
