Then, get into BIOS and enable M.2 slot at Advanced>Devices>PCI
Now, try to install the drivers as follow:

The BIOS ist already 0033
The system is not with M.2 device, but a WD 2,5" Black 500 GB HD. The HD works fine.
I tryed with a 64 Bit Version of Win 10 Pro (and Intel 64 Bit-drivers).
Now it works!!
I think the problem is that the 32-bit drivers are not mature, also missing this for some modules (NFC in 32 Bit
People who have problems with 32-bit should change to 64 bit
