Warranty problem with new CPU

Hello people. I have a problem and I need help. I bought an i5 4460 CPU. It writes that it made in Vietnam and i5 4460 3.20 GHz on CPU. But when I check it on Intel's warranty status checker, it says the CPU is "BOXED i3 2100 3.00 GHZ". What is problem with this CPU? Or maybe is this CPU fake? Do I have warranty?
