Yes, absolutely. In Visual BIOS, click on Advanced and then Power. In the Secondary Power Settings window (on the right), set parameter After Power Failure to setting Power On.

However now, upon power up after power failure i sometimes get a message that windows didn't shut down properly and i have to manually chose an action (continue/shutdown/etc).
Is there a way around that (maybe disable the auto repair feature).
