It sounds like the heatsink is not properly attached to the processor (or there is insufficient TIM). I would contact Intel Customer Support about getting a replacement (no, you don't do that here; call them)...
I would like to know if you have tried to perform a BIOS recovery with your unit, this would be to the latest version you installed in your system.
This is just to verify that everything is installed properly in your device.
If the problem persists after doing this, it would be better to contact Intel Customer Support (Contact Support ) to get support on this.
