GMA X4500 Overscan issues?

I have been unable to find an acceptable resulotion, using an Intel G33 chipset and my old 40" Samsung (4253). The overscan settings on the TV will not allow me to center the picture, even after creating a custom resolution (DTD Calculator)--I had to switch to NVidia graphics to correct the issue.

Does the GMA X4500 driver offer a way to correct overscan issues, like the NVidia driver, or should I stick with what I have now?
