HD3000 Graphics driver file date looks fishy

For the latest available HD3000 Graphics Driver file, it shows a release date of 6 Nov 2016! Thats weird. "Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8-64-bit Date: 06-Nov-2016 Version: 15.28.24.64.4229 (Latest)"

Hi William Calle,

According our downloadcenter.intel.com website the latest drivers for 32bit and 64bit were released on 6/5/2015 version 15.28.24.4229

Intel is doing some updates in its database, maybe there was an issue before.

3th gen processors and older requires to run Windows® 10 update in order to get the best graphics driver.
