I checked my certificates and my certificate screen looks exactly like yours. I hadn’t noticed the certificate expired on February 2015 though. My device manager screen doesn’t show CDC Serial or RNDIS in the other devices tab. I can see the USB Serial Port, the Virtual com port and the USB composite device under the ports tab.
If you are having trouble connecting, I’d suggest you to uninstall the drivers you have installed and reinstall them again. Follow IoT - Step 2: Install drivers | Intel® Developer Zone and let me know your results.
