I am in the process of upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7, only because google chrome is stopping support for windows vista. When i did a check for this free upgrade, part of the microsoft compatibility upgrade report i received showed a message that my Intel(R) Matrix Storage Console version 126.96.36.1997 requires a free update.
On the report, Microsoft advised that there is a free update available BUT listed that It could not tell me what to download. They said . 'We don't have compatibility information about this version of the program'.
So basically I am stuck and have no idea what I am supposed to do or when I am supposed to do it ? . Can you help me. I don't want to start the upgrade and loose access to my laptop because this old program does not work anymore ? Thanks Greg
