video_tdr_failure on new NUC6i5SYK

I cannot run certain basic tasks in Adobe Premiere Pro without getting a video_tdr_failure (igdkmd64.sys). This is a new NUC6i5SYK with a clean install of Win 10 Enterprise,

Other specs are:

Kingston Technology HyperX Impact 16GB RAM DDR4 2133 HX421S13IBK2/16

Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB M.2

Dell S2740L monitor

All drivers are updated (video driver is 20.19.15.4331). Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

Try uninstalling your graphics driver and reinstalling it:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display HDMI Audio...

Once the driver is uninstall restart your system and install first the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25094/Chipset-Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-for-Intel-NUC chipset driver, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25395/Intel-ME-11-Management-Engine-Driver-1-5M-for-NUC6i-x-SY management engine driver and install the latest https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25484/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- graphics driver.

Restart your system after installing every driver.

Hi Ivan,

Thanks for your suggestion. I did exactly as you said and still get a blue screen error "video_tdr_failure (igdkmd64.sys)" on occasion. although perhaps less often.
