My Intel HD Graphics 4000 does not update the drivers for the Intel software, need to update it, right after downloading and INSTALLING program asks to restart the computer, and when I restart back remains the same version of the drivers.
Note: Notebook HP Pavilion G4
Please, help me !!

When you try to install the driver the installation goes all the way through or stops at some point?
Please reply with your graphics report:
Go to Intel® Graphics and Control Panel > Options > information Center > Save.
Or you can check the following link to get the report:

Also, I will appreciate if you can post the msinfo32.
- Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
- Type msinfo32 and click OK
- While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
- Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.

Eh . I got problem like him . I had copy frm my Laptop (I cant post the msinfo32. cause the attach files don't support .nfo so I just put the Pictures n thres my Graphic Properties)

Please try uninstalling the older driver or the driver you have installed and restart your system.

After that is done, please install the latest driver from our Intel website, you can download it at the following link:
