From the beeps we know that this is not memory, CPU overheating or video. It's possible that these beeps refer to process failure, check this link ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum- Error Code Beeps. However, I am not positive about this since this is not an Intel motherboard. Try to contact ASUS in order to obtain more information in regard to error code beeps.

A solution was found: I installed a graphics card.
I had wrongly assumed that the motherboard had an onboard graphics card because it has VGA/HDMI/DVI ports. I have now learned that these do not work unless the CPU has a built in GPU, which the Xeon doesn't.
