I had the same thing happening to my nuc6i5syk and tried different things, what i found worked for me was to disable "failsafe watchdog" under boot configuration in bios and disable fast boot in windows 10 located under power plans.
After this my reboots stopped and eventid 41 stopped showing up.
Thanks for your answer. I deactivated "failsafe watchdog", but I didn't find the fast boot option in windows 10 power settings ... Can you please explain more accurate were this option is? Is this maybe an UEFI feature? (I installed in Legacy mode ...)

To deactivate two features (and fast boot is an important one!) isn't a fix! It is a workaround. I hope a bios update will fix this ...
