Graphics card intel HD on a Toshiba Satellite C55-A3500 laptop.
Just received an non-requested driver update pop-up.
After install, my laptop's HDMI port appears to be disabled. I believe there was also a virus identified that was handled by Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Using Windows 10 upgrade now for several months without major problems.
All of a sudden today, an intel HD labeled update took out my HDMI.
Laptop graphics no longer identifies my 2nd / 3rd monitor on an HDMI port.
Having been using 2 external monitors for months.
Thank you for any help you can offer! Gus.

Hello, GusSea:
The recommendation while using OEM devices is to download and install the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website.
This is to avoid loosing any special feature or setting while using the generic drivers of Intel®.
Have you tested the with the latest drivers from your OEM? If yes, try to uninstall them and use the default drivers from Windows 10*.
If those are not working, test your system with the Intel® generic graphics drivers, please do remember what was mentioned previously.
