mpeg2 causes high cpu usage of igfxsrvc.exe (915gm/gms)

I have got an Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS Express Chipset with the recent driver version 6.14.10.4764 and Windows xp SP3.

If I play any MPEG2 video, the video is played juddered and the cpu usage of igfxsrvc.exe, which belongs to the intel driver, gets a very high cpu usage (average 95 percent). If I kill igfxsrvc.exe it gets reexecuted with 95 percent cpu usage again. This happens with all mpeg2 videos. Notice that this does not happen with MPEG4 videos.

Is this a bug in the driver? Is there a solution? Thanks.
