Hello NicoRG,
Please take a look at ftp://download.gigabyte.ru/memory/mb_memory_ga-h55m-s2h.pdf ftp://download.gigabyte.ru/memory/mb_memory_ga-h55m-s2h.pdf. You platform does not support Single Side(Rank) 4GB DDR3 memory module. Core I7-860 could not solve this problem if your memory module is single side (rank) with 4GB.
Best Regards,

Hi NicoRG,
The Intel® Core™ i7-860 supports memories of DDR3 1066 and 1333MHz at 1.5V. Low voltage memories at 1.35V are not supported by the 1st Core™ generation.
http://ark.intel.com/products/41316/Intel-Core-i7-860-Processor-8M-Cache-2_80-GHz Intel® Core™ i7-860 Processor (8M Cache, 2.80 GHz) Specifications
The Intel® Core™ I3-530 belongs to the same generation of the i7-860, so it supports the same type of memories.
