          HI Szym,

What is the serial number of your X710 network adapter? You may check this website out on where to locate the serial number

Identify Your Wired Ethernet Adapter and Driver Version for Network...

Ther serial number has the format of 5 digits + 6 digits + 6-3 digits

          Thanks,

          wb

OK i see that is "Adapter for IBM System x" but was sold as Intel

trying intc_sw_nic_v20.3-cd_anyos_32-64.iso without success (firmware 4.50)

              intc_sw_nic_v20.0-cd_anyos_32-64.iso (4.42) worked fine

Thank you for the updaet. Try to get the firmware from IBM, the available firmware on our website is here Download NVM Update Utility for Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter XL710 & X710 Series but it is recommended to uset he OEM version if you are using an OEM NIC.
