Have you tested with the latest graphics drivers from Intel® website?
Note that if you are using an OEM system, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers directly from the manufacturer's website.
This is to avoid loosing any special features that could have been added by the system manufacturer.
Another option would be to use the default drivers from Windows 10*, this can be done by uninstalling the graphics driver from your device manager and after reboot, let Windows 10* install the default drivers.
