Do you have the latest version for the Intel Driver Update Utility? If with the latest version you still get the same problem I suggest downloading the driver from the Intel download center and install it manually.
Hello thanks for the reply, unfortunately I had already tried this program but after searching the driver says "no driver found for the product" and in the option to manually search the list of drivers is not my model of the processor and video card (intel i3 5005u and HD 5500)
This is a problem that has been already reported to our engineering department.
I apologize for this inconvenience and hopefully a new version will be release soon to solve this issue.
