    Where do I see support ticket status?


      I finally got an email regarding a support ticket I submitted a week ago, and it has a link to the support home page. I can't see where to get access to the status of the ticket, or to read what was posted, or respond or...


      I did log in, the options didn't change.


      Anybody have any ideas that don't involve calling?
