BSOD after Wake up from Sleep (NUC6i3SYH)

I've been experiencing consistent blue screens of death after i wake up the nuc from sleep.

I haven't experienced this issue neither during installation nor when I boot straight into windows and start using the nuc as plex client. But if i set it to sleep and try to wake it up, it will most certainly freeze and give me a bsod.

I using one of the a Samsung 8GB memory module (M471A1G43DB0-CPB 8GB) which is one of the recommended memory modules from Intel. I've ran twice memorytest with no issues. I'm also using an Intel 520 Series 240GB SSD. I've tried using another ssd but it has the same behavior.

I've installed Windows 7 64bit, with all the updates, latest bios(28) firmware and all the latest chipset and drivers from intel.

      Thank you
