Hello:

I would like to recommend the following to you:

1. Access the device manager and uninstall the Graphics driver.

2. Restart the system and let Windows 10* install the default graphics drivers.

3. Test the behavior of your system.

If this is an OEM system, the recommendation is to use the drivers directly from the manufacturer of the device.

Hello:

Mustapha.kamel Which are the problems you are encountering with?

bikermom39 The first number after i# - would indicate the generation of your processor.

Beta drivers are testing drivers before they provide the "release" version of the driver, since this one has some time released, chances are that the driver is working properly for most customer.

Hello:

bikermom39 you can verify that in the device manager, Device Manager>Display adapters>right click on the Intel® HD Graphics and click properties, driver tab is where you will find the driver version installed.

Mustapha.kamel what is causing this freeze or what is happening with the device?

I look forward to your replies.
