    WHICH COMPUTE STACK

      Since a Few Windows updates I have Lost Bluetooth I have been told to go to the Manufactures and down load the Drivers

      But I have no clue which Drivers go with this system

          Hello Nidge,

           

          Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

           

          Could you please provide us with your system model, I’m sorry I will not be able to tell which one is the driver you need with the processor model or graphics version.

           

          You should be able to see the system model in the msinfo32, you can save it and post it here:

          1. Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
          2. Type msinfo32 and click OK
          3. While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
          4. Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.

                Thank you Ivan for responding I'm not sure what info you want other than just the summery ie from the Hardware resources, Components, or Software  Environment Sorry I'm new to this.

                  With the information you kindly provided I can see that your system is an ASUS computer, you will need to download the Bluetooth driver from the ASUS website.

                   

                  I’m still not sure about the model of your system or the motherboard because the information you posted here show that is an ASUS desktop-4l618E4 but I’m not able to pull up anything with model in Google.
