I recommend you to try with the BIOS recovery. It is necessary to remove the BIOS jumper from the motherboard. It is necessary use a second computer, download the .BIO file, try with version 0151 or 0160.
Try with minimum configuration, I mean using motherboard, processor, 1 memory stick of DDR3 1333 and 1600MHz 1.5 or 1.35V, power supply and 1 monitor connected to the motherboard. Unplug hard drives, dedicated graphics card and any other hardware.
Save the .BIO file in the root of the USB drive and plug it to the board using a black USB port from the back panel then, turn the system on and wait until the BIOS update is completed.
