The Intel® Compute Stick is sealed and there are no removal parts inside. Opening it voids Intel’s warranty.

Also, since Intel is an **AMERICAN** company, you are subject to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act, which means that it is ILLEGAL for you to deny warranty claims based on opening it up. You would have to PROVE that opening it actually caused the damage for which someone is seeking remedy via warranty. And this is regardless of any agreements that you pretend your customers have entered into by buying your product, any clause that is illegal is not enforceable.
Next time before saying things like that, I suggest you consult a competent lawyer first.
