This answer might be negative! Please compare i7-5930K with e5-2603 v3 for details. According to ASUSTek website, this mobo is designed for Intel® Socket 2011-3 for Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600 v3 product family. But when old those days, LGA 771 based XEON processors could also be adapted to work on desktop class-level LGA775 mobo. So I suggest you inquire the support information from ASUSTek.
I7-5930K or Xeon E5-2600 V3 Xeon E5-1600 V3 are pins compatible. I7-5930K and Xeon E5-1600 V3 are single socket CPU which QPI circuit being turned off.
If you use 2 I7-5930K on that ASUS board, BIOS can only detect Socket 0, where it connect to PCH --> BIOS..
If you use one I7-5930K on socket 0 then it should work.
