I would like to know what happens when you hit the "Reset Password" button.
Did you purchase this from a previous user? This password could be provided by the previous owner.
Brand new devices would guide you through the user and password creation in the fist boot. This is why I am asking if another person owned/used the unit before.

Esteban, you're right. I'm 95% sure the NUC I purchased was not brand new but a refurb/open box that someone used before I got to it. Returned to seller and getting a new one. I chose not to try to reset password and get a new unit instead. I'm not interested in cleaning up after someone's headaches.
