Even more so since recent big windows 10 update.
Why does the error message say Intel Display Driver windows 8(R) when I'm using windows 10?
Intel Graphic drivers say all up to date.
Very frustrating, cant find solution on Microsoft.com either. Seems many hundreds of people having same trouble.
My Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU @1.80GHz 2.4GHz
Acer Aspire V5-573 Laptop, 64bit x 64
Is this is Microsoft problem? They don't seem to know when asked.
Thanks

Hello, Lorna01:
At this stage this issue is under investigation, no further details have been provided yet, I would recommend to check https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software for further driver releases. However you can try the following workaround; install the latest version of the Graphics Driver from our site, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25489/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen], I would recommend a manual installation of the driver. Thanks Amy. Windows supplied an update for Flash - so far, it seems to have worked, a bit..... Jigsaw not crashing for a while (hooray) but some games in the Solitaire Collection ae not playing properly still.. as in.. no cards visible. Microsoft problem to be sure.
Before seeing your advice, whilst in mid-problem, I went into my Intel Graphics settings 3 times and clicked on update driver and was told by my system each time that I have the most up to date driver.. but you supplied a link to an updated driver. How come Intel doesn't install or provide by notification latest drivers automatically?
Thanks for the advice.

You can run the Intel® Driver Update Utility, this utility identifies new drivers available for your Intel components and provides the option to automatically install them. You can also check for new driver releases at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software.
