Thank you for contacting the Intel® Communities.
If you are using Windows 10* 64-bit, the correct driver would be: Download Intel® ME 11: Management Engine Driver (1.5M) for Intel® NUC
Lets verify if this is the driver used previously.
I look forward to hearing from you with the outcome.
Yes, that is the driver package I tried to load, but just to make sure I downloaded it again from your link and tried install again. After unzipping I see that there are two different setup applications in two different folders. SetupME in the ME_SW_MSI folder and MEIsetup in the MEI-Only Installer MSI folder. I have tried running both of those installers from the admin account and get the same “This platform is not supported” error. I also noticed that in BIOS that the Intel Management Engine Firmware line shows -unknown-.
After seeing that the BIOS did not report the Intel Management Engine firmware version, I decided to downgrade my BIOS from 352 to 350. It now shows IME firmware version 10.0.45.1024, then I upgraded the BIOS back to 352 and the IME firmware was still there. The IMEI drivers now load properly in Windows 10.
