You can do the upgrade but it will be under your own risk, also with 64bit you probably need more RAM and more space to have fluent operating system work.
You can see operating system supported here:
32 Bit windows is PCs with less than 3.5 Gig of Memory. If you have 4 or more Gig of installed RAM, they you'll need 64 Bit OS. This is independent of CPU core.

Also 64bit Windows will occupy a much larger space on the limited 32GB eMMC drive. You can imagine that an upgrade like the November one will be very hard to install.
Oh, one of the first thing I realized was that you must have an extra sd-memory, otherwise you can't do anything.
